As a father to a young Sensory Sensitive, I understand how valuable the right approach and environment can be in impacting a young persons positive experience of learning how to practice self care through regular grooming. WHAT TO EXPECT
After a thoughtful consultation with the caretaker and child, careful detangling and misting if necessary, I will proceed with a swift, skillful and stylish haircut followed by minimal styling.
I have a small bin of sensory toys if desired and family or caregivers can offer their support from a couch nearby.
If your child has specific sensitivities or considerations, I welcome an email ahead of the appointment so I can ensure your child feels supported and the experience is positive for everybody!
